Digital Product Refund Policy

All sales are final.

StreetTunedAI sells digital products, online access, files, guides, software-based resources, and/or downloadable content. Because these products are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately after purchase, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed.

By purchasing from StreetTunedAI, you agree that:

You are buying a digital product, not a physical item.

No physical product will be shipped unless clearly stated on the product page.

Access may be delivered by email, customer account, download link, online dashboard, or another digital delivery method.

Once access has been granted, the sale is final.

We do not offer refunds for accidental purchases, failure to read the product description, compatibility issues, change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or not using the product.

If you have trouble accessing your purchase, contact us and we will help fix the access issue. Access problems do not make the order refundable unless we are completely unable to provide the purchased digital product.

Chargebacks or payment disputes made after receiving access may result in account suspension and loss of access to current or future products.

This policy does not override any rights that cannot legally be waived under your local consumer laws. Shopify also notes that merchants need a current, accurate, public-facing refund policy, and some regions may have specific consumer-rights requirements.
