StreetTunedAI End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the StreetTunedAI software, digital files, and related materials (“Software”). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Software, you (“Licensee”) agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. License Grant

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for your own personal or business use.

  • This license does not constitute a sale of the Software or any related intellectual property rights. All rights remain with the Licensor.

2. Restrictions

You may not, under any circumstances:

  • Sell, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, or distribute the Software or any license keys.

  • Transfer your license to another person or entity.

  • Share, copy, or make the Software available to others except as expressly allowed in this Agreement.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software.

  • Modify, alter, or create derivative works of the Software without prior written consent from the Licensor.

3. License Keys & Activation

  • Each purchase includes a unique license key.

  • License keys are bound to a specific customer and limited number of devices.

  • The Licensor reserves the right to revoke or disable any license key found to be misused, shared, or resold.

4. Termination

  • This Agreement is effective until terminated.

  • If you breach any term of this Agreement, your license is immediately revoked and you must cease using the Software.

  • The Licensor may disable access to the Software in case of misuse, piracy, or violation of this Agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

The Software, trademarks, and all related content are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. You acquire no ownership rights under this Agreement.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. The Licensor does not guarantee error-free operation or specific results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to lost profits, tuning errors, or equipment damage, arising from the use of the Software.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United States and the state of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

9. Acceptance

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
